These songs invite you to revisit the wild as you follow our musician duo through various landscapes, documenting their night-to-day search for the local animal, Coati. 'Procuram Quati' literally translates to 'Searching Coati,' and from the sounds of these songs, it was a real thrill—a life-changing journey unlike any other. Filled with experimental sounds fused with influences of popular Brazilian music, each of these tracks was approached uniquely, but as you listen to the tape as a whole, you'll notice everything comes together so seamlessly, tons of magic consistently emanating, never losing its sense of wonder.
